Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free on orders over $100. Otherwise, a flat rate shipping fee applies.
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Additional fee applies.
Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available for an extra charge; orders must be placed before 12 PM EST to qualify.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier will be selected based on your location and shipping method.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method selected and the delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
